CHECK-IN: 4pm CHECK-OUT: 9am (summer) & 11am (non-summer) Please check with us in the non-summer seasons if you would like a later check-out time or earlier check-in time as we most likely can accommodate your request.

DEPOSIT: Cabin 2-bedroom weekly is $600 , 3-bedroom weekly is $900 , 4-bedroom weekly is $1200 . Daily is 50% of rent total.Deposit is applied toward cabin rental. Deposits will be refunded (less a handling fee of 10% total rental) only if all the dates are subsequently filled. For groups renting more than a total of 14 bedrooms in the summer, 50% of total rent must be paid March 1st.

CAMPSITE RATES: (W-E-S hookups, showers/restrooms) DAILY is $67 WEEKLY is $335
The campsite rate is based on four people, and there is a $10 charge per day or $50 per week for each additional adult or child over 5
years of age and a $12 charge per day or $60 per week for each pet (pets are only allowed during non-summer seasons). There is a
dock space usage charge of $12/day. A $150 deposit is required for a weekly campsite rental.

FISHING BOAT RENTAL: Fishing boats are available for rent on a daily or weekly basis and not provided with cabin or campsite.
There is a dock space usage charge of $12/day for campers and for more than one dock space usage per cabin.
PETS POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. After Labor Day Weekend and Before Memorial Day Weekend, pets are only allowed in cabins 1, 3-5 & lodge cabin. There is a $100 charge for each pet. Pets must
be kept indoors during quiet hours and must be kept on a leash while on resort grounds. We also request that you please pick up after
your pets on the resort grounds.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is NOT allowed in any of the indoor facilities at the resort including the cabins.

RESORT QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 9am

REGISTRATION & VISITORS: In accordance with Minnesota Innkeepers Law all resort guests and their visitors must register
upon arrival. Visitors will be charged a $10.00 day pass.

DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for all damage incurred during their stay that are not deemed normal wear and tear. Please note
that your account will be charged for these damages after review by resort management.
The rate schedules do not reflect state sales tax, which must be charged on rentals. Rates and policies are subject to change.
Most major charge cards are accepted.

**We ask guests not to bring personal watercraft (e.g., Jet Skis) and to keep all motorized recreational land vehicles other than snowmobiles, such as ATVs and motor cycles/scooters, on a trailer while on resort property. We also ask guests to adhere to the DNR guidelines for preventing the spread of invasive species into our lakes. **
